What are Freezies/General info

Freezies are your regular candies, chocolates and fruits you buy from the store but with a huge difference. We put them in a special machine called freeze-dryer that freezes them and then heats them up rapidly , removing all the moisture , resulting in super crunchy and light flavorful snacks!

Please keep freezies always sealed after opening , in a cool and shady place to guarantee maximum lasting . After breaking the seal , freezies will stay at their full potential for approximately 1-2 weeks

Return policy

Unfortunately because Freezies are a food related product , we do not accept any returns , unless a mistake was made by us . But don't worry , if you have any problems , let us know and we will be happy to help !

Shipping

We do 1 type of shipping for all Cyprus and Greece , shipping with acs. For Cyprus shipping fee is €3.9 unless your order total is €29 or above , then it's free.For Greece shipping is €8.9 . Shipping usually takes about 2 business days for Cyprus and about 6 business days for Greece . There are some rare exceptions where shipping can take either less or more time.
